Buying rainwear in bulk: a guide for teams
A clear brief makes a bulk order easier to plan. You do not need to know every model code before contacting us. Start with the team’s working conditions, clothing and approximate quantities so we can help you narrow down the range.
Build a product list around the work
List raincoats, rainsuits, aprons, sleeve protectors and waders separately. For each item, include the intended use, approximate quantity and any preferred model code. Describe different roles separately where the team’s requirements vary.
- Working environment and tasks
- Product type, model, colour and material preference
- Quantity by clothing or boot size
- Delivery destination and target date
- Samples and required technical documentation
Assess a sample in context
Discuss sample arrangements with the sales team. Try the selected model over the clothing your team will use and check fastenings, cuffs, pocket access and movement. Record the sample’s code and size so the agreed product can be identified when ordering.
Compare quotations on the same basis
Match the model, material, quantity, size breakdown, packaging and delivery scope across quotations. Confirm minimum quantities, sample terms and lead time for the chosen product. Where a specific standard is required, check that the documentation covers the exact model.
For international enquiries, add the destination country and delivery requirements. If you are considering private-label production or a logo application, describe the scope separately from a standard product order.
