T-RAIN / PRODUCT GUIDE

Product and packing checks when receiving bulk rainwear

Compare received models, components, sizes, colours and carton counts with the approved order and record discrepancies by code.

Quick answer

Use the approved order list for receiving checks. Carton count alone does not establish correct models and sizes. Check codes, components, colours and quantities separately.

Cartons, product units and size totals

Match confirmed packing quantities to the order unit. For mixed sizes or partial cartons, use the agreed quotation terms. Check jacket-and-trouser scope on suits and avoid changing single-piece versus pair interpretations for items such as sleeves after delivery.

Record discrepancies concretely

Photograph label, product and packing record together for visible damage or model discrepancies. State code, size, expected and received quantities and the issue location. TDS and conformity documents should also match the agreed model; confirm handling procedures with sales.

  • Compare expected and received quantities using the same unit.
  • Record differences with product code and photographs.

Current model data and technical sources

This table uses the same data as product pages and model TDS documents. Fabric mass is in g/m², not finished product weight. Missing fields require confirmation.

Is delivery correct if the carton count matches?
