Track team garments by model, component, size, date and visible condition without presenting inspection as testing or a fixed service-life claim.

A team record keeps product identity, inspection date and observed condition together. A checklist helps day-to-day management; it does not establish laboratory results or a universal service life.
Keep the record product-focused
Record model/collection, size, colour, component and any internal inventory reference. Avoid unnecessary employee personal details. When jacket and trousers are separated, retain their identity matching and specify the location of any photographed issue.
Move from observation to action and follow-up
Record changes at fastenings, joins, straps or bands, with required manufacturer confirmation in a separate column. Compare post-care observations with earlier records. Documentation and fitness for the job are assessed through the applicable procedures separately.

This table uses the same data as product pages and model TDS documents. Fabric mass is in g/m², not finished product weight. Missing fields require confirmation.
