T-RAIN / PRODUCT GUIDE
Cleaning dirt from coated rainwear
Assess dirt and material alongside the care label. Do not apply another model’s wash temperature to the whole range.
Quick answer
Use the selected model’s label and care sheet. Dirt type matters; similar-looking PVC, PU or Taslan products do not automatically share permitted temperatures or chemicals.
Separate dirt from material damage
A surface stain differs from coating separation or a tear. Photograph visible condition before cleaning. Ask for a method if chemical contact is uncertain or the label does not address the dirt type; trying a strong solvent is not a care recommendation.
Inspect the whole garment after care
After the permitted method, check pockets, fastenings, joins and inner surfaces. Include drying and storage steps in the care record. A temperature or method supplied for one model does not replace another model’s label.
- Record dirt and damage separately before cleaning.
- Match the label to the selected model’s care sheet.
