T-RAIN / PRODUCT GUIDE
Preparing a product brief for an export rainwear enquiry
Prepare product identity, language, documents, quantity and destination country for an overseas enquiry without guessing logistics or conformity terms.
Quick answer
An overseas enquiry should state model, quantity, sizes, destination country and document language. A product TDS does not automatically resolve all destination-specific purchasing and logistics requirements.
Align units and document language
Turkish and English records should identify the same model. Keep g/m² for fabric mass and the appropriate units for dimensions. State what a unit or set includes. Confirm required documents against the buyer’s destination requirements.
Shipping data needs separate confirmation
Units per carton do not establish carton dimensions or net/gross weight. Request those fields alongside price and shipment terms. Do not infer taxes, customs, delivery terms or paperwork scope from product information; clarify what the quotation includes in writing.
- State destination country and required document language.
- Request net/gross weight and carton dimensions separately.
Current model data and technical sources
This table uses the same data as product pages and model TDS documents. Fabric mass is in g/m², not finished product weight. Missing fields require confirmation.
| Model / collection | Materials and fabric mass | Sizes / packing | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Y-7600 | Fabric: PVC-coated fabric · 400 g/m² | XS–3XL 20 units | Model TDS Care instructions |
| TBT-3700 | Fabric: PVC fabric · 600 g/m² | XS–3XL 10 units | Model TDS Care instructions |
Can export carton weight be derived from fabric mass?
No. Actual weights for finished products, packaging and shipment quantities are needed.
