What information helps a manufacturer assess delivery dates?
Prepare model, quantity, allocation, custom applications and destination alongside the target date for stock or custom-production enquiries.

A target date is a requirement, not a confirmed delivery promise. A manufacturer needs model, quantity, size/colour allocation, custom applications and destination to assess the actual order.
Separate stock enquiries from production enquiries
An in-stock label does not confirm immediate shipment of a specific quantity. Include logo, colour or packaging changes in the same message. Ask how sampling and approval affect planning; do not apply a generic number of days to every model.
Explain the target using two dates
Distinguishing the desired dispatch date from the date needed at destination clarifies planning. Mention multiple delivery points if relevant. Price, production and transport terms need written confirmation for the actual quantity; a guide does not promise a generic lead time.
