T-RAIN / PRODUCT GUIDE
Preparing a rainwear sample acceptance plan
Assess a sample by identity, cut, fastening, fit and document matching without presenting observations as laboratory testing.
Quick answer
Write the criteria before trying a sample: model, colour, size, movement and required documents. Record observable results. “I liked it” alone is not a useful basis for a bulk order.
Separate identity checks from use checks
First match label, code and components to the quotation. Then assess sitting, bending and reaching over the actual underlayers. Packing and fabric mass cannot be established visually; use the TDS and sales confirmation.
Make the decision reproducible
Record the model, size, layers, date and observed issue. Agree at quotation stage how the accepted sample will be matched to production scope. Do not present a household water trial as certification or a standard test report.
- Record criterion, observation and accept/confirm/change decision.
- Keep the accepted sample identity in the quotation record.
Current model data and technical sources
This table uses the same data as product pages and model TDS documents. Fabric mass is in g/m², not finished product weight. Missing fields require confirmation.
| Model / collection | Materials and fabric mass | Sizes / packing | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| FT-2000 | Fabric: PVC fabric · 400 g/m² | XS–3XL 10 units | Model TDS Care instructions |
| KPT-7600 | Fabric: PVC-coated fabric · 400 g/m² | XS–3XL 10 units | Model TDS Care instructions |
| KPT-8000 | Fabric: PVC-coated fabric · 400 g/m² | XS–3XL 10 units | Model TDS Care instructions |
Does sample approval also confirm lead time?
No. Delivery planning, price and quantity need separate written confirmation.
