T-RAIN / PRODUCT GUIDE

Rainwear sizing: fit, layers and team size lists

Your usual clothing size is a starting point, not a complete sizing guide. Compare the garment’s measurements with your layers and the movement you need. Check the specific model rather than automatically choosing the next size up.

Check the fit over your usual layers

For coats and jackets, compare chest measurements, sleeve length and garment length. For a suit, also check the trouser waist, leg openings and fit when seated. Assess a sample over your working layers rather than a thin T-shirt alone.

  • Reach forward to check shoulder and elbow movement.
  • Sit and bend to check freedom of movement.
  • Fasten the garment and check cuffs and pocket access.

Check boot size separately from body fit

Hip waders need a good leg and strap fit. Waist and chest waders also require body-fit checks. Boot size does not describe the fit of the upper garment. For rain coveralls, review the options with and without integrated boots by their individual model codes.

Keep team quantities clear

List the quantity needed in each size for each model. Keep a raincoat row, such as “TR-1000 / size / quantity”, separate from “chest waders / model / boot size / quantity”. Check the total and record the model, colour and size of any approved sample.
