T-RAIN / PRODUCT GUIDE
Keeping model records for repeat rainwear orders
Match previous sample, code, cut, colour and TDS revision to new stock and quantity confirmation without assuming earlier terms still apply.
Quick answer
A previous photograph alone is not enough for a repeat order. State model, cut, colour, sizes and the earlier document record, then confirm current stock, price and production terms.
Recover the previous order identity
Retain the code for coded models and collection plus cut for collections such as Stay Dry. Include sample reference and custom-application dimensions. Do not transfer previous size letters to a new collection; model changes require reassessing measurements and fit.
Compare current and earlier records
Photographs, colour options or TDS documents may have changed. State whether the same model or a current alternative is needed. Dispatch and partial-carton terms also require confirmation for the new quantity.
- Include earlier code, sample and branding records.
- Compare changed fields against the current TDS.
Current model data and technical sources
This table uses the same data as product pages and model TDS documents. Fabric mass is in g/m², not finished product weight. Missing fields require confirmation.
| Model / collection | Materials and fabric mass | Sizes / packing | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stay Dry men’s raincoat | Fabric: Coated fabric · 180 g/m² | XS–3XL 20 units | Model TDS Care instructions |
| RY-1800 | Fabric: PVC fabric · 400 g/m² | XS–3XL 20 units | Model TDS Care instructions |
| RY-1801 | Fabric: Coated fabric | XS–3XL Packing: confirmation needed | Model TDS Care instructions |
Does the previous price automatically apply again?
No. Confirm current price, quantity, applications and delivery terms separately.
