T-RAIN / PRODUCT GUIDE
Preparing a size allocation for a team order
Aggregate size, cut and colour quantities by model after sampling, keeping employee personal details out of the order table.
Quick answer
Prepare allocation by model and cut. Record size, colour and quantity on each line and total by model. Do not assume a single size allocation for the whole team without fitting samples.
Check both line and model totals
For example, S 8, M 12 and L 10 total 30 units of one model. A different colour or cut needs a separate line. Ask about differing top and trouser size allocations rather than assuming they are standard.
Convert fitting results into quantities
Share aggregate size quantities instead of employee names. Keep collection and TDS records, and do not automatically transfer size letters to another model. Calculate cartons after allocation and confirm mixed-size packing terms.
- Match the sum of size lines to the model total.
- Keep changes in cut and colour separate.
Current model data and technical sources
This table uses the same data as product pages and model TDS documents. Fabric mass is in g/m², not finished product weight. Missing fields require confirmation.
| Model / collection | Materials and fabric mass | Sizes / packing | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stay Dry men’s raincoat | Fabric: Coated fabric · 180 g/m² | XS–3XL 20 units | Model TDS Care instructions |
| Stay Dry women’s raincoat | Fabric: Coated fabric · 180 g/m² | XS–3XL 20 units | Model TDS Care instructions |
| FT-2000 | Fabric: PVC fabric · 400 g/m² | XS–3XL 10 units | Model TDS Care instructions |
Will M fit the same across different models?
Not necessarily. Compare cut and actual measurements; changing models can require another fitting.
