T-RAIN / PRODUCT GUIDE
Rain-trouser overlap with footwear
Check suit-trouser length, footwear fit and overlap when seated. Identify integrated-boot needs separately.
Quick answer
Fit trouser hems with the actual footwear. Length changes when sitting and bending the knees. Separate trousers overlapping footwear are not the same construction as integrated-boot garments.
Check hems in three positions
Check hem position standing, seated and during a simulated step. Record ground contact separately from a short hem. This is a fitting observation, not a measurement of water or slip performance.
Integrated boots are a separate choice
PTC-4600 combines waist-high trousers with integrated boots; FT-2000 has separate suit trousers. Choose the correct code when the job requires one of these constructions. The trousers’ product data does not establish the suitability of separate footwear.
- Record the seated fitting with footwear.
- Check hem and waist overlap together.
Current model data and technical sources
This table uses the same data as product pages and model TDS documents. Fabric mass is in g/m², not finished product weight. Missing fields require confirmation.
| Model / collection | Materials and fabric mass | Sizes / packing | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| FT-2000 | Fabric: PVC fabric · 400 g/m² | XS–3XL 10 units | Model TDS Care instructions |
| PTC-4600 | Fabric: PVC fabric · 400 g/m² | 40–46 10 units | Model TDS Care instructions |
Can trouser length be chosen from wearer height alone?
Height is a useful starting point; cut, inside leg, seated position and footwear also matter.
