T-RAIN / PRODUCT GUIDE
Preparing a rainwear damage support enquiry
Match damage location, product identity, use and care history to photographs without assuming a repair or warranty outcome.
Quick answer
A support enquiry needs product identity and damage location together. Whole-product images, close-ups and use/care history help explain the issue. An enquiry is not automatic repair approval or a warranty decision.
Scale and location in close-ups
An extreme close-up can hide where the issue is on the garment. Show the whole product first, then the affected area. State code, size and component if relevant. Report when it was noticed as an observation rather than asserting an unproven cause.
Care history and method confirmation
Describe cleaning, drying and any previous intervention. Ask for a method before trying an unidentified patch, adhesive or heat treatment. Send the enquiry draft through the chosen channel yourself; creating a draft does not automatically deliver it to the manufacturer.
- Share whole-product and close-up views with the same identity.
- Separate the observed condition from a suspected cause.
Current model data and technical sources
This table uses the same data as product pages and model TDS documents. Fabric mass is in g/m², not finished product weight. Missing fields require confirmation.
| Model / collection | Materials and fabric mass | Sizes / packing | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Y-7600 | Fabric: PVC-coated fabric · 400 g/m² | XS–3XL 20 units | Model TDS Care instructions |
| ITC-9000 | Fabric: PVC fabric · 400 g/m² | 40–46 10 units | Model TDS Care instructions |
| KTC-8000 | Fabric: PVC fabric · 550 g/m² | 40–46 10 units | Model TDS Care instructions |
Does sending a photo mean warranty approval?
No. The issue and conditions must be assessed before the appropriate method and process are confirmed.
